If Java is installed, but do not see "cup icon" you may need to add shakespearecandle to exceptions list:
Go to the Java Control Panel (On Windows Click Start and then Configure Java)
Click on the Security tab
Click on the Edit Site List button
Click Add in the Exception Site List window
Enter http://www.shakespearecandle.com (can copy and paste this)
Click OK to add to list
Click Continue on the Security Warning message
